Part-Time Pottery Workshop Host
Position: Part-Time Pottery Assistant
Location: Windmill Hill City Farm, Philips Street, Bedminster, BS3 4EA &
Pop up locations in Bath, Bristol and South West areas
Hours: 10 hours minimum per month
Salary: National living wage
Are you passionate about pottery and eager to work in a creative environment? We are looking for a Part-Time Pottery Workshop Host to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, enjoys helping others and wants to learn more about the art of pottery. We are looking for someone to join us at our pop up pottery workshops in various locations, mainly in Bristol and Bath but occasionally more areas in the South West too.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to beginner students during the hand-building classes, offering guidance
and assistance as needed. - Help with the setup and cleaning the spaces before and after classes
- Filming content for social media.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a pottery studio or have a degree/further education.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
- Enthusiasm for pottery and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with working hours, must be available evenings and weekends.

Part-Time Studio Technician
Position: Part-Time Pottery Assistant

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, being creative, has experience in ceramics or wants to learn more about the art of pottery.
Responsibilities:
- Help with the setup and cleaning the spaces before and after classes.
- Filming content for social media.
- Recycle clay and manage studio materials.
- Load and unload kilns safelv.
- Clean and maintain pottery tools, wheels, and equipment.
- Assist with glazing, shelving, and studio organisation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Help maintain a welcoming, clean and safe studio environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in pottery or ceramics.
- Enthusiasm for pottery and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with working hours, must be available evenings and weekends.
