The Space is a DIY venue in the heart of Stokes Croft: it is a bit like a village hall, basic and flexible.
It is located in a once-derelict industrial building which has been lovingly converted by artists and volunteers into usable spaces which support growth and strengthen the creative community.
It is available for hire and has room for up to 80 people sitting and 150 people standing. It can be used for:
- Film/documentary screenings
- Art/photography exhibitions
- Workshops
- Meetings
- Panel discussions
- Music performance
- Theatre performances
- Rehearsal space
