Hello! I’m Vicky Takooree, an artist and jeweller based in the creative city of Bristol, specialising in bright, bold, and colourful statement jewellery that’s as playful as it is luxurious. My pieces are all about bringing a burst of joy into the everyday and are crafted to be comfortable for those with sensitive skin. Each design is responsibly made from polymer clay and resin, and I’m committed to sustainability in everything I do.
In 2022, I was honoured to win a Sustainable Impact Champion Award, which inspired me to go even further in my eco-friendly practices. I reuse all my offcuts to create new pieces, incorporate recycled silver wherever possible, and use FSC-certified paper and card for all my gift boxes and bags.
My journey here was filled with twists and turns, including roles in the National Health Service, retail, and marketing, and a Masters Degree in Fine Art. My first business actually began in school, when I made polymer clay brooches for friends. Due to health challenges, I needed a creative outlet I could pursue from home and Pink Lime Mango was born in 2020. With skills honed in silversmithing and even blacksmithing workshops, I’ve crafted a line of jewellery that’s high-quality, fun, and full of personality.
