FREE creative drop in sessions every Tuesday 2-4pm, open to EVERYONE – those without homes are particularly welcome.
Open creative sessions: bring your own project, join in with the day’s activities, or just come hang out for a cuppa & a chat! Previous Art Clubs have included monoprinting, paper making, papier-mache, portraiture, drawing skills, fabric painting, and collage… What would you like to create?
Also available at People’s Art Club: DOPE Magazine, tents and sleeping bags, free tea & coffee, phone charging, sometimes biscuits & snacks.
Volunteers are always appreciated!
– Assist with the creative activities
– Greet our visitors
– Sort and distribute kit for people on the street
– Bag up and distribute DOPE Magazine (anarchist alternative to The Big Issue, published by Dog Section Press – vendors sell the magazine, and keep all the money)
– Donate/distribute tents, sleeping bags, blankets, waterproof coats & shoes
