Are you looking for an affordable space to run creative workshops? We have the ideal space at In Bristol Studios in Barton Hill. Our lovely light large Front Space has been set up specifically for artists and makers to run workshops and classes in. It has two large tables and chairs for 15 people, plus the workshop leader and lots of natural light.
We also provide access to a kitchen area with a tea urn, kettle and posh mugs, and we can also support with marketing your workshop or course via our website/Facebook & Instagram.
You can see the creative workshops currently booked into our space here, but so far this year we’ve hosted Sewing, Macrame, Spoon Carving, Basket Weaving, Leather Bag Making, Jewellery, Life and Portrait Sculpture and a Banjo workshop!
Room Hire Rates
£45 per four hour block – 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm or 5pm-9pm
£80 per day (seven hours)
£350 weekly hire (five consecutive seven hour days)
We offer a 25% discount on all room hire prices for artists running funded workshops and activities for community groups that are either free or affordable to the particating groups. Please contact us to find out more about how this works.

We also have a fully kitted out Wood, Ceramics and Print Workshops (see below for details) that we also hire out, please contact sally@inbristol.org to discuss your requirements and to find out how much it costs to hire these spaces to run workshops or even to hire on a Pay As You Go basis as a maker.
