There are two spots coming available in the main co-working / creative space at The Old Drumbank Studios, just off Gloucester Road, in May 2025. The entire room is approx. 7m x 4.5m (340 sq ft) and is split into 4 individual large work areas. It was previously occupied by graphic designers, but we’re open to a very wide variety of uses and creative practises – and it’s make as much noise and mess as you want!
It’s a lovely big old room in good condition with massive double windows and loads of natural light, as well as central heating for the cold winter months. It could suit a freelancer or small collective seeking workspace, or a maker looking for a spot in a co-working environment. There’s a great bunch of other people in the rest of the building all doing cool stuff, and joining us also comes with access to the on-site pop-up shop, photography studio, kitchen and communal areas. WCs, WIFI, 24 hour access all included, plus it’s free street parking all along the road and the building is just seconds from the great independent shops on the high street.
