KWMC: The Factory is recruiting!

We are looking for a highly organised coordinator of spaces and people.

30 hours a week
Salary range: £22,594 – 24,478 (pro-rata £18,312 – £19,847) depending on experience. This contract is offered on a permanent basis subject to continuing funding.

The Factory Producer is responsible for the day to day running of our exciting workshop space, and supporting our community of Associates, Members and staff.  KWMC: The Factory is based at Filwood Green Business Park, South Bristol. The Factory Producer is a central member of The Factory team, responsible for ensuring the spaces are run in an efficient, safe and inspiring way and assisting people who use the space.

This role has a broad remit including: ensuring best practice regarding Health and Safety, administering a membership scheme, monitoring statistical information, marketing and development, alongside general day to day administration. The post holder will support a growing community of creatives from a wide range of cultures, backgrounds and disciplines and needs to be a proactive problem solver; someone who can see the ‘big picture’ whilst ensuring details are not overlooked. The Factory Producer will be someone who enjoys devising and overseeing systems and space, and works well with the people who use them.
