Feather & Flower Fascinators

Contemporary jewellery designer maker Sally Reay has recently launched a collection of exquisite fascinators (feather & flower fascinators).  Made with love each piece is unique and is made from a carefully selected range of artificial flowers, leaves, feathers and butterflies which are artfully fastened to alice bands, hair clips and hat bases to create stunning hairpieces.  Ideal for weddings, fancy dress parties, festivals and burlesque events, Sally is also happy to make bespoke fascinators to match clients outfits for more information email sally@featherandflower.co.uk or buy one of these wonderful creations from as little as £15 from www.featherandflower.co.uk.

Sally also hosts ‘Make Your Own Fascinator’ Workshops & Hen Parties for individuals and groups.  Come along to one of these two hour workshops and create your own unique fascinator, hair accessories or mini hat. Workshops cost from as little as £25 + £10 for materials per person at our workshop venue in East Bristol or at your home (Sally will come to you and bring everything for the workshop with her). Alternatively for an extra cost Sally can hire space at a cafe, for example the lovely Tart Cafe on the Gloucester Road where your party can also include lunch or afternoon tea in the Private Salon.  Sally is also happy to come to you to run a workshop in your home or in a venue of your choice if you live or are organising an event in the South West, London or the South East.

For more information about private ‘Make Your Own Fascinator Workshop Parties’ email sally@featherandflower.co.uk or contact her for details and dates of forthcoming drop in style workshops.

  1. a person who fascinates
  2. A fascinator is a fashion accessory, more commonly worn by women, on the head or in the hair.  While it is simply defined as a head scarf, it may be anything from a small hair piece to a more complicated creation, but generally it is less substantial than a hat. It may be made from many materials, e.g. feathers or lace, and attaches to the head by varying means.
