As the Centre for Employment and Enterprise Development, The CEED (Charity) Ltd is a nationally recognised community enterprise providing training, career guidance, counselling and a full range of business support services. From their base in the heart of Bristol, the charity promotes development in the areas of Information Technology and Media Services, Training and Employment Services, Enterprise Development and Corporate Services. CEED's mission is to 'improve the economic well being of those currently disadvantaged in the labour market and in business, in particular those from marginalised groups'.

- Improve and develop the skills of clients to accredited levels.
- Work closely with employers to improve access to employment and career development opportunities.
- Support the development of local enterprise initiatives particularly minority ethnic owned enterprise.
- Encourage, motivate and support job seekers.
- Advocate for and provide relevant quality training and other support for our clients, particularly those from minority ethnic communities.
