Artists in the South West are invited to enter work for the St Ives Society of Artists Life Open Exhibition, which takes place on the 8th December 2007 – 4th January 2008. Completed entry forms must be returned by 30 November 2007 and artwork must be delivered by 5th December 2007. There will be an entrance fee of £10 for each work. This fee will cover handling and administration, and the remainder will contribute to the Building Regeneration Fund and is therefore not refundable.

Applicants may submit up to three works (no three dimensional art or photographic works). The work to be considered for inclusion in the Exhibition will be chosen by the curator Michael Broughton. No correspondence will be entered into concerning his decision.

Exhibited work will go on sale at the price stated on the entry form. Commission of 35% is charged on all sales. The selection of paintings and the hanging will take place on the 6 and 7 December and the Opening Party will take place on 8 December from 6pm - 7pm.
