3. Studio Space Available

In Bristol Studios currently has studio space available in their large converted Cotton Mill, based in Barton Hill. Unit sizes vary from 60-100sqft with prices starting from £105 per month all inclusive. They have fully equipped communal workshops for ceramics, woodwork and print/textiles along with a large exhibition space and the opportunity to run your own workshops and classes. They lease to a variety of creative practices including illustrators, furniture makers, potters, painters, printmakers and product designers - all disciplines are welcome.

6. Open Space 2007

Deadline: April 2007

Open Space 2007 is a week long arts trail throughout the Ashley Ward area from 14 - 20 April. Culminating in an event on the afternoon of Saturday 21 April, inside and outside the St Paul's Family and Learning Centre. 7. Love London Recycled Sculpture Show - call for submissions

Deadline: 5 May 2007

Submissions are invited for the Love London Recycled Sculpture Show in the large enclosed garden of the Sun and Doves pub in Camberwell, London. The Sun and Doves is a long established venue for art exhibitions all year round and participates in the Camberwell Arts Festival, which runs from 17 to 24 June 2007. There is room for several large pieces and up to 20 small ones. They must be made mainly of recycled materials. 8. Weston Arts Festival - Call for Sculpture

The Weston-super-Mare Arts Festival has been running for quite a number of years at the end of September/beginning of October and tries to encompass both the visual and performance art forms. 9. Martin Kippenburger with fries and a shake - call for submissions

Deadline: 30 March 2007

Martin Kippenburger with fries and a shake‚ is a selected exhibition paying tribute to the humble burger. It will run alongside the annual Spike Island open studios event and continue for three weeks. It will take place in D Space, Sydney Row, Spike Island, Bristol on Friday 4 - Sunday 20 May and will be curated by Anton Goldenstein, artist (Plan 9 Projects and Chuck Norris). Artists will be selected on the basis of proposals and existing work. Please email Plan 9 for further information and a submission form.

10. Portland Square Railings Launch

Deadline: April 2007

Portland Square has fantastic new railings tailor made for this unusual and elegant square. To make a splash on the launch on April 17 they are looking for local artists to display their work on the railings. This is a one off event with a view to regularity if popular. 11. Gallery Space in Bath

Bath's smartest contemporary art gallery is now available to artists and arts organisations to hire. The gallery is a beautiful space with natural light and stylish interior. Its location is central, close to the central shopping areas and with nearby car parking.

12. Profit From Using Tradeshows

Date: 19 March 10.00am - 4.00pm (also running on the 5 June)

This seminar seeks to de-mystify and explore the opportunities that tradeshows represent for you as an artist and focuses on how you can use them profitably. It is suitable for artists working in various disciplines who are interested in taking their product to a broader market. 14. Pensions for Artists - Free Seminars

Did you know that 70% of people currently working in the UK's creative do not have a pension?

As part of the Artists Insights programme, Arts Council England are supporting a series of over 50 FREE half-day seminars to be presented across England in March and April that will examine the likely needs and the various options for artists/creative practitioners pension provision, which will provide delegates with simple, basic and useful information to assist them in this area. Places are limited, so go to EUCLID for details of dates and locations, and book a place now.
