Hamilton House currently holds not only an astounding array of artists and craftspeople, but also an incredibly diverse and dynamic range of organisations, charities and businesses. UK festivals Shambala and Boom Town currently hold space alongside social enterprises and charities such as Temwa or Follow Your Dreams. The award winning Bristol Bike Project, a volunteer run bike project that repairs, reuses and re-homes unwanted bikes also take space on the ground floor of the building. These organisations are just a small sample of what Coexist can offer you – and this is your business’ opportunity to join us! Hamilton House is the ideal environment for a new or established social enterprise or arts based organization. The incredible variety of tenants in the building creates unique networking opportunities that are rarely found elsewhere.
Coexist have a range of light airy offices available to rent immediately. These spaces vary in size, starting at 85 sq ft up to 240 sq ft. Located on the top floors of this five story building, they offer amazing city views and proximity to our meeting and conference rooms. Each space comes with Wi-Fi and service charge included, 24 hour access if required, post services and communal kitchen areas.
