Tutors! Do you want to teach Art Workshops?
The Motorcycle Showroom is opening its workshop space this Spring for you to put on your own unique courses. The Motorcycle Showroom, situated within the culturally dynamic quarter of Stokes Croft is becoming a vibrant hub of creative activity and its the perfect place to teach skill sharing classes. Your Art workshops can be anything from drawing, film, photography, textiles, wood and metal work etc.
We’re looking to curate and deliver an exciting creative arts programme of courses to be run independently by creative practitioners within our the dedicated workshop space.
It is our objective to provide a facility where you can work alongside us to both promote and benefit from the Workshop Programme. We help to advertise your courses through a quarterly promotional workshop booklet for city wide distribution. It is our aim is to provide not only a space for educational workshops, but to also further this experience by providing space for exhibitions, previews and projects, which will be fuelled by the work created in your workshops.
Tutors hire the Workshop space from TMS at a heavily subsidised rate. Any profit made through the Workshop is reinvested in to the development and promotion of both the Workshops and The Motorcycle Showroom co-operative project.
