At the centre of Ben Trinkle’s drawings is the depiction of characters along with other visual elements from film still details and other found imagery and forms. Most recently his work has been concerned with creating improvised narratives featuring faceless characters, flora and fauna, the cosmic and everyday.

Ben Trinkle is a Bristol based illustrator developing who has been developing a distinctive drawing style since 2007. Previously exhibiting work at The Cube Cinema (2013) and Café Kino (2015) within the City of Bristol, as well receiving commissions for local musicians, bands and events promoters such as Qu Junktions and merchandise design for Supernormal Festival (2014). Ben has also created an animated collaboration with musician Tina Hitchens presented by The Saltings at The Bristol Hum (2016) as well as an animated music video for the band Soeza (2017).
