Can’t commit to your dreams because they might fail? Scared to sully a blank canvas? Can’t begin the first chapter of your novel? Can’t play a note in case it sounds dreadful? Got a business idea you are terrified to launch? Do too much dusting? Too anxious to please your boss, stay too late at the office? Join us at Bad Art Nights.
This is a course for the finicky, pernickety, nit-picking pedants in us all. For all the blocked perfectionists, the fiddlers and the fearful, the dabblers, the doodlers and the dreamers. For all of us who yearn to create something of worth.
The one thing you must do on this course is BAD ART. The worse the better. I promise it will loosen you up, give you a different perspective on life, unblock your creativity. You will meet like-minded people (I am one) and we will learn through bad art and good conversation to laugh at ourselves a bit more because life, and art, should be more fun than we make it. You may even go home and create your masterpiece!
