Silver Jewellery Courses at workshop 22

Interested in making your own silver jewellery for yourself or a loved one? A course at workshop 22 offers the perfect opportunity to explore your creativity and learn how to create beautiful silver jewellery.  Our well-equipped teaching studio can cater for up to six students at a time, providing an enjoyable learning experience. 

6 week beginners’ silver jewellery - £150

Tuesday morning - from Tues 17th January 10am – 12.30pm        

This beginners’ course will give you the opportunity to make jewellery that you can wear home with pride.  Over the six weeks you will be introduced to traditional silver jewellery making techniques, such as piercing, filing, soldering, texturing and polishing.  You will have the chance to develop a firm foundation in basic jewellery making skills in a friendly, creative environment.  Silver can be purchased from the tutor.  No previous experience is necessary.

 

6 week progression silver jewellery - £150

Tuesday evening - from Tues 17th January 6.30pm - 9pm  

This course is a continuation of the initial beginners’ course and is suitable for students who have completed a six week course with us or have some prior experience.  Over the six weeks you will improve your basic skills and learn additional techniques to connect, texture and finish silver.
