To learn the skills of empathy means that even where we do not agree with someone else, (perhaps we come from different backgrounds or faiths), we have the skills and presence to be able to understand their world without feeling threatened in our own. This is an experiential, fun and powerful workshop.
Learn simple yet effective communication skills to create the relationships you want. Communication is the vital component in creating the relationships we want, be that with our partner, work colleagues, bank manager and especially with ourselves. In fact, the quality of our communication is the quality of our life. However, without learning effective communication skills, our conversations with others can leave us feeling misunderstood, frustrated and lacking the deep interpersonal contact we want.
