The Main Event, an award winning music and performing arts festival and is being held on Saturday 4th September 2010 at the Kingswood Foundation in Bristol. The festival is run by Youth4Youth who have been organising the hugely successful Main Event for over three years. Youth4Youth is run entirely by young people for young people and has picked up the 2009 Philip Lawrence Award and the Diana award of excellence amongst numerous other accolades. This year’s headline act is the Blackout but expect a whole range of workshops and youth based arts activities happening around the site.
