IMPRESSIONS OF SOMERSET features the work of Val Newman and Shelley Langford showing paintings inspired by coast and countryside. Val's scenes of North Somerset are strikingly distinctive (illustrated is her recent painting Glastonbury Tor) and Shelley's work, in a more traditional vein, painted al fresco in all weathers, captures the changing moods of the sea and the coast.
The exhibition runs until 26th June 2010. Gallery open Fridays and Saturdays 12noon - 4pm and by appointment at other times.
