The Old Schoolhouse was a former school, orphanage and church in a quiet area of Barton Hill close to Church Road and Lawrence Hill roundabout. It houses a large and beautifully light complex of artist and creative studio spaces suitable for anyone working with materials and light equipment. Creative practitioners renting studio space can also benefit from discounted membership of Bristol Creatives. The studios have proved very popular and there is a growing community of artists, designers, photographers and media specialists working within the centre.
We offer very flexible terms on an easy in and easy out basis and our rents are very competitive. Heating, lighting and water are included in the prices quoted and there are various sizes of studios available immediately. The building is supervised and inspected by the Bristol Spaceworks management team on a daily basis and it is fully alarmed. Access can be arranged 24/7 and further facilities and support services are available through the reception at the Easton Business Centre. The building also features a large meeting room with adjoining dining area, kitchen facilities and seating areas. Parking is easily available around the centre.
