Genevieve's images are a celebration and an exploration of life and humanity.   There is darkness and humour in her  paintings, bright light and deep shade. The figures and their shadows inextricably linked  as  we all are with the more dangerous parts of ourselves, our past and  the knowledge that life though prescious is not always pleasant.
